WHAT LED YOU TO FOUND MOTION YIELD:

To change the present way of consumer lending in Nigeria where the customers are made to be at the mercy of the lender. To infuse efficiency and innovation in the process where the customers can have access to fund within hours.

WHAT IS YOUR BACKGROUND:

I got my first degree in Applied Accounting and I am a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. I have a strong bias for Consumer Lending, Micro Finance Banking, Money Management and Finance. I had my MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University and I am also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. 

WALK US THROUGH YOUR AVERAGE DAY AT WORK:

On resumption in the morning, I inquire of the expectations and work schedules of my team members. I scrutinize to ensure that, all is in line with the organization’s goals and also identify the level of my required physical involvement. I go through my financials to ensure that the actual figures are as projected, where there is any variation, the concerned team is notified appropriately.

Any other outstanding issues are also attended to promptly and staff performance is monitored.
